- All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
- Out of stocks items will require a lead time for minimum 5 days, depending on the availability of spare parts required.
- All orders will be posted out via normal mail, unless otherwise requested.
- Should total purchase amount be less than $50, buyers will pay for own postage.
- We will not be responsible for any lost mail, hence registered mail is strongly recommended.
- Payment via bank transfer, western union (for overseas customers)
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders if payment is not received within 24hrs after we have sent out the confirmation email.
